The Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed on the website www.SUJIB.COM from the 16/03/2015 included. SUJIB.COM reserves the right to adapt or to modify these general terms and conditions at any time. The present general conditions are available from the order date. The presents general conditions of use can be adapted or modified at any time by www.SUJIB.COM website. These adaptations or modifications are opposable from their online release date and cannot be applicable to orders prior to this date.
The customer's "click", as an order form, constitutes an electronic signature which has, between parties, the same value as a handwritten signature. The "click" and the acceptation of the terms and conditions (check-box) constitute an irrevocable and unreserved acceptance of the customer’s order.
Our product offers and product prices are valid as long as they are visible on the website while stock is available.
The most accurate pictures of the products are accompanied by comments written by SUJUB.COM. These pictures can't match exactly with the real products. SUJIB.COM reserves the right to modify the descriptions and the pictures of the products at any time.
There is only one way to place an order, on our website www.SUJIB.COM
SUJIB.COM reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders without justification in case of functioning problem of the website or its database or in case of price error.
After validating your order you can use the following payment methods:
- By Credit Card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard...), SUJIB.COM uses the Stripe securised payment gateway.
- By PayPal, with your PayPal account.
The indicated prices on our website include all taxes in Pounds Sterling, Euros and US Dollars and they include all taxes with VAT exempt. These prices do not include the delivery fees. The shipping fees are indicated during the order process and are added to the total amount of the selected products.
SUJIB.COM reserves the right to modify the prices at any time, the prices in effect are the prices at the moment of the order by the customer.
All our products are mainly sent from China. Therefore it is possible that you go through customs clearance. The delivery time includes the preparation of the package and the delivery time according to the carrier. Note that we are not responsible for a loss or a late delivery of your package caused by a third-party carrier company or by you. SUJIB.COM uses EMS (Express Mail Service), DHL or China Post as carriers.
You can find all details regarding carriers on this page "Delivery - Shipping charge". Shipping fees and delivery time will be indicated during the validation process of your order.
SUJIB.COM can not be held responsible for damages happened during the shipping. Before signing the receipt, please check carefully the package. If you find that the package is damaged, opened or refurbished, refuse it. Then contact the customer service (contact form) as soon as possible, we will help you with the steps to follow.
In case of address error from the customer when placing the order it is necessary to wait for the return of the package to the sender. On receipt of the package, SUJIB.COM will give you two options :
- Option 1 : After correction of the address, a new package is sent. Shipping fees are at the customer's expense. (DHL fees if any, and 15% of the price of the product(s) postage not included.
- Option 2 : The order is refunded without any shipping fees and deduced of 15% of the amount of the order, shipping cost excluded.
In case of a parcel lost or stolen by the transporter, the last customer ( the importer) is responsible for the parcel and will have to produce a document from the transporter proving the final loss of the parcel.
At reception of this written proof, the site SUJIB.COM will offer two alternatives:
option1: a new parcel free of postage.
option 2: a total repayment of the order.
* The parcels sent between November 1st and January 31st will be considered as lost or stolen after a delay of 12 weeks.
In case of a parcel lost or stolen by the transporter*, the last customer (the importer) is responsible for the parcel and will have to produce a document from the transporter proving the final loss of the parcel.At reception of this written proof, the site SUJIB.COM will offer two alternatives:

The products being shipped from China, it is possible that the package clears through customs. As a buyer (importer), you are responsible for the costs associated with them. Therefore you will have to pay customs rights and the Value Added Tax (VAT) upon receipt of your package. Customs rights depend on the product type, a percentage is applied to the product which is designated by its TARIC code. Customs rights are calculated on the CIF value of the parcel (Cost Insurance and Freight, it includes the value of the product, insurance, if any, and freight cost) and VAT is calculated on the total, customs rights plus the CIF value.
Generally, these fees must be paid when the carrier brings you the package. We recommend that you check with the relevant institutions to know the exact charges of the destination country.
After delivery and after payment of these fees (if any) and that only concerns the orders of less than five hundred Euros (500€), you send the bill of the carrier by mail including the number of the package, the delivery date, the consignee's name and address and the amount of the fees. SUJIB.COM will refund by PAYPAL. (see the page DUTY FREE / VAT PAID BACK)
Promotional coupons or credit vouchers have to be used on the shopping cart page. A specific frame is destined to them. After entering the code in the appropriate field, you will have to validate it by clicking on the "Add" button. Your total amount will be updated taking into account your promotion.
These coupons are destined to a strictly personal use. In most cases, the coupon can be used only once.
In case of retraction, the customer has seven days from the delivery day to indicate it by email on the contact page. In case of retraction, only the product is refunded (100%) shipping cost excluded. The order's shipping charges and the delivery fees to our logistics center in China are not refunded.
The products being shipped from China, it is possible that the package clears through customs. During the customs clearance some products looking like famous brand products don't comply with the safety norms of the destination country or are considered as counterfeits by the customs authorities of that country. As a customer (importer), you are obviously responsible for your order and the products it contains. We recommend that you check with the relevant institutions to know the exact charges of the destination country.
Although the importer (customer) is entirely responsible for his acts, in case of customs helding during the customs clearance SUJIB.COM will give you two options after presentation of the customs documents :
SUJIB.COM cannot be held responsible for the unfulfillment of a concluded contract due to unforeseeable circumstances or major circumstances.
All the visual (texts, images, pictures, illustrations) contents of the website are and remain the intellectual property of SUJIB.COM. Any reproductions, any representations or any utilisations, partial or total, of the contents done without authorisation is totally forbidden and constitute an offence of forgery.
